Hello, beautiful beans and welcome to the podcast episode of today. So this is a listener question episode. I'm going to be answering four of

0:22.8

your questions to the best of my ability. And for those of you that are playing along at home,

0:28.6

this hopefully will be certain things in what I say. Hopefully you'll be able to apply to your

0:34.3

own unique circumstances in your life. Life update. Life is great. Everything's

0:39.4

great. Life is good. Let's just dive straight into it. Okay. Hi, Alexis. I listen to your podcast

0:50.4

every day during my commute and I'm a huge fan of your helpful advice. Do you think you

0:54.5

could do an episode on how to deal with boredom during the everyday daily grind? I'm a person that

0:59.6

craves novelty and when I start to feel like things are stale, my focus and motivation starts to plummet.

1:05.2

I try to introduce things like new music, podcasts or shows, but nothing satisfies that need for newness and adventure.

1:13.6

I worry that when I start to work full time, that I would grow tired of the daily grind quickly.

1:18.5

And I would love to hear your thoughts about how to stay motivated when it comes to daily

1:22.0

responsibilities and tasks while also keeping things fresh and interesting. Thank you.

1:30.3

Okay, great question. Listen, there are going to be things that you have to do in life that you just don't like, but the reason

1:35.7

why it's worth doing those things is because it equals an overall life that you like. So I don't

1:40.8

want you to start freaking out that you might get into the daily grind and you're not

1:44.3

going to love the 95. A lot of people, a lot of people are like a portion of my day I have to do and I

1:51.0

don't really have, I mean, you shouldn't be suffering. It shouldn't be torture. But a job that's like,

1:55.4

I don't fucking love it, but it's okay and I have to do it, but it's like monotonous and it's the daily thing. However,

2:08.2

the rest of my life that is very enriching, it's very fulfilling, therefore it's a price I'm more than happy to pay, you know, like I've mentioned many, many times. I know many people

2:11.7

personally and also that write in that have a job that's not their life purpose because their

2:16.6

purpose is outside of their job.

2:18.1

Okay.
