Hey guys, welcome to episode number 400 of the Industrial Strength Show,

final show of 2022, milestone episode. Man, I can't believe we have spent 400 Thursdays together

over the past seven, eight years, whatever it's been, just freaking remarkable. It crazy when I think of

how this started. Literally, I just decided to buy a podcast recorder thing and a microphone.

I still barely know how to use this stuff, but just started answering some of your questions

and posting it on a Thursday. And here we are, seven plus years later, 400 episodes deep

and still going strong, just getting started. I hope getting better, but I just want to thank you

guys for all the love and support over the years. Without you listening, there would be no

podcast. Be very weird if I just talk to myself every week and no one was listening, but it still

blows my mind that tens of thousands of people worldwide tune in every Thursday every week to

listen to this show and then like it enough to tell a friend, you know, tell a coworker,

tell a teammate about it because it's grown so much since we first started and the audience

has just gotten so much bigger and more diverse than where we were at episode one. So I'm just

grateful, very grateful and just wanted to thank you guys. Speaking of being grateful, I hope you

all had a great Christmas, great Hanukkah. Got to spend some time with friends and family.

Maybe you're still in the holiday season holiday mode. I know our schedule here in the Defranco

household is definitely thrown off a bit while I am a guy who does enjoy the holidays. I'm also a

schedule person. I like my routine. I like my schedule. So it's a little bit of a little bit of

a catch 22 like I like the holidays, but I also I get a little I'm a little off when my schedule

is thrown off and obviously the schedule with kids being home and family that you haven't seen.

We had a dinner last night, which it's all great. I enjoy it, but it's also I'm all out of sorts.

I'm back to recording the show on Thursday instead of recording it on Tuesday or Wednesday because
