Summary

You’ve done it so many times that you’ve started to believe that you’re actually not capable of following through a plan to take care of you.

You commit, you continue for a while, and then, maybe a week later, maybe a month, but always eventually, you quit. WHY?

In todays LIVE COACHING call, I explore the brain of my client around why she has been giving up, and offer some different thoughts to go to that will help her stay focused on what she wants in the long run, what truly matters.

I hope you can see yourself in her story. Because I know I’ve been in her shoes more times than I can count.

Lets all collectively decide that we deserve to show up for ourselves, and call out any thoughts that tell us otherwise.

So to me that says the reason that you want to lose weight

no, but those things are important and I would argue that they probably are right because if we did the work to be like well yeah I do want to be smaller there is that that's the subconscious I just want to be smaller but what your brain is saying is like the

getting stronger none of it's worth it unless I'm seeing my body shrink.
