Summary
Everything and everyone is totally neutral. Things and people don’t become a positive or negative thing until we have a thought about it. And we are the only thinker of our thoughts…
Sometimes things happen or people act in a way that makes us feel frustrated, angry, resentful, judgmental, etc and we say “they need to change so that *I* can feel better.” But, THEY can’t make YOU feel anything. Its your own brain that does that.
In today’s episode, I share a listener question with you, and then dive into a different way to tell your story so that you can continue protecting your peace.
You deserve to feel love and compassion, and you are the only one that can give that to yourself.
See you inside 💥
