I want to talk to you about a cancer journey. I wonder how many

be talking about that journey necessarily today. I'm interviewing a friend of mine, her name is Jennifer Ford, and I met her through Rachel

Goldstein, another close friend who has a company called Agent of Change and she

basically does events, creates amazing events for people who are doing

good stuff in the world.

So Jennifer is one of the founders of something called Bent on Learning and it brings yoga into

schools.

So she's someone who's been practicing yoga since 95.

She's done her 200 hour yoga alliance teacher certification.

But she also has a special needs child.

And part of what inspired her to get involved with Benton Learning was having a son with autism.

And so she works specifically with a lot of kids on the spectrum and with Down syndrome and cerebral palsy.

This is something that was a real passion for her and it was almost like in some ways it was a way

of taking what was painful to her and giving back and making it better for other kids and

parents with special needs kids and a lot of the work that she's done with her son which will be another

interview but a lot of the sort of non-traditional non-Western alternative therapies

that she used with her son Zachary really produced amazing results.
