First, we have to understand what are we doing when we are targeting the glutes,

meaning the movement patterns. So the first step is really learning the right fundamental movement patterns, the primary exercises that are going to lead to targeting the glutes. We want to isolate the glutes.

We want to put more volume to the glutes. We're going to train the glutes more frequently, all of these things, which I'm going to cover here in a minute.
