First of all, water is one of the fundamental ingredients for life itself.

So it stands to reason that our plants,

our humble plants, also need quite a bit of it.

Human bodies, they're around 70% water. You and me, about 70%

water, but plants can be as much as 95% water. So it does make sense that the plants
