Hey I just think it's funny because it's such a hot topic to talk about coffee and caffeine and the whole little paleo sphere and I must have quit coffee. I don't even know how many times in the last several years and somehow

it creeps back into my life. Like every time it creeps back. I don't know how it happens. I think it usually happens when I'm on either

vacation or I'm away from home and I just want to enjoy some coffee because I love it and then somehow I find myself dependent on it again.

So yeah, took a nice little nap this afternoon and that's kind of that.

I'm awesome, yeah, definitely a good start I think to

podcast number four yeah yeah exactly especially hopefully people aren't

just starting to listen right now, but if they are, well, I don't know, maybe this

will be a benchmark episode.

So, turning points. So this weekend was really fun.

It was fun.

We had to hang out with some bone marrow with some cool people.

Yeah, that was cool down in Philly. I was teaching over at

CrossFit City, have a really good time with the folks there and then that

was on Saturday yeah and Aaron Davidson who owns the place just really awesome.

Invited me to come to a workout the next day.
