| 1:17.0 | and I will, I mean, I'll learn very quickly which one it is. |
| 1:20.6 | And here I am in 2022, and I am still working out from home it's |
| 1:25.5 | kind of crazy because I actually started working out from home full time in 2019 |
| 1:30.2 | so right before the pandemic hit I had kind of a year to a year in a few months under my belt of working out from home and then when kind of the whole world shut down and everybody's gym shut down. It was an amazing opportunity |
| 1:44.8 | to just share with women that I have in fact been successful working out from |
| 1:50.9 | home with a few pair of dumbles, a small space and a plan to follow. |
