really focusing on this podcast. no matter who you are, CrossFit Games athlete, or just getting into the gym, if you do not visualize success,

if you don't talk to yourself, like basically positive self-talk and what we don't like to call self-help but self

self-empowerment when you got there's just so much to it and it's incredible so this is all about

you know that mindset that shift how to really dial in this mental state in order to be the

are in my 21 day challenge right now and you're cutting sugar and cutting sugar is no

freaking joke. It's hard. I've done it. It's just, it's an addiction. And a lot of times we get

in this negative cycle and you got to

pull yourself out of it and just be positive and be nice to yourself. My mom always says,

be gentle on yourself. I love you, mom. So that's, I think this is a perfect timing for this.

And I, I again, can't stress enough the importance of loving who you are when you're

on your journey of self-growth, because we all want to be better. We all want to do more.
