I want to make sure you can stretch every dollar as we deal with the effects of coronavirus

on our economy.

And one area that has been a big source of questions to us for the last two and a half

weeks has been the money that is available as emergency funding for businesses that was

adopted in the third stimulus law that included a new federal program called the Paycheck

Protection Program and then enhancements to other efforts to assist businesses, including

another loan that had been around for a while but used now for a different purpose for

businesses dealing with coronavirus and that's the economic injury disaster loan.

are not that easy to come by.

So we now have with us and we're so happy to have with us the regional administrator in

region four, which is the southeast United States, Ashley Bell and it's so great to have

you Mr. Bell with us on the Clark Howard Show where right from the source from you at

the SBA, you can talk about some of the issues people are having with trying to apply for
