| 0:00.0 | Welcome back to the podcast. My name is Joseph Clough and this is episode 399 or if you're in my coaching group |
| 0:24.1 | it is episode 598. So in this episode today I want to really draw a line in the sand for you |
| 0:32.6 | in where you are and where you're heading. You see most of the time people operate in a day-to-day |
| 0:40.2 | experience of how they see their issue and they live in it, right? I mean, like, if you're |
| 0:46.7 | experiencing anxiety right now, you experience anxiety and a party you may feel like it will never |
| 0:53.1 | change, it's always |
| 0:54.2 | going to be this way or this is who I am so like the beliefs which we talked about |
| 0:59.0 | recently the I am X Y Z I am not good enough I'm not worthy you deserve and |
| 1:04.4 | all those things and that goes into our identity so most of the time we're living that as our experience. |

| 1:31.8 | So, more often not, because of the nature of experiencing an emotion or a limiting thought |
| 1:39.3 | or a consistent behavior which does not really serve us in a way that we like, it's very hard to |
| 1:47.2 | think differently. It's very hard to think of the opposite or to act in a different way because |
| 1:53.3 | we know consciously if we could change we would. If we cannot, it must mean our unconscious mind |
| 1:58.7 | is running the issue. But the nature of actually living an issue day to day and experience it with consistency |
| 2:05.6 | actually just reaffirms the issue, but not in the way that you might think. |
| 2:10.6 | Obviously, the more we experience it, the more it is affirmed in our system. |
| 2:15.6 | But on top of that, it becomes this kind of no man's land. Now, in this |
| 2:22.2 | episode, I want us to draw a line and a sand with that. That's not really good enough. Living in |
| 2:27.5 | no man's land is not an empowering way of living. Not only are we experiencing the issue, but there's no real drive or momentum. So if you |
| 2:37.9 | would like to take a moment with me to be able to really get clear in the real situation, I would |
