Welcome back to the podcast. My name is Joseph Clough and this is episode 398. Or if you're in the private group of

0:25.5

mine, this is episode 597. So I hope you are well and I'm carrying on with this podcast production

0:34.4

that I did let go of for a while. Now in this episode, I do want to talk to you about censorship.

0:43.3

But the reason why is because it's something that we personally do.

0:50.3

So what is censorship?

0:52.3

Well, it's the suppression of information or the suppression of

0:58.8

not being able to say or do something. And we know that's been in cultures around the world,

1:07.1

countries around the world. Even today, we're experiencing a lots of form of censorship

2:20.9

censorship when it comes to like the fear of failure. So we don't go and do the things that we want

2:26.0

to do because of the fear of failure. What if it doesn't work out? What's going to happen? So we stay in

2:32.9

our comfort zone and censor any possibility of doing

2:37.5

the thing we really want to do. You see, we are ultimately our own biggest suppressors.

2:43.2

We can say about the world or certain topics right now, which is absolutely true. But really,

2:48.8

when it comes down to lots of types of forms, we're
