exactly what we're gonna do today today is gonna be probably a bit more of a

female-focused show because the guest is female but we're kind of going to look at this this topic

of like being confident with yourself and being happy with yourself and kind of

juggling the stress that's in life and being able to just handle all the different

things that life throws out us as much as we plan and as much amazing information is on the

internet these days life can can be tough. We live in a very, very busy world.

Social media, jobs can kind of overrun, the lines are being blurred between our work, we can work 24 hours a day if we choose to

especially the job I do especially the job that my guest does so I'm really

really excited for this chat I'd say it's been a long time coming.
