Summary
Let’s talk about AI—because I know some of you are curious, some of you are already using it constantly, and some of you are like, “absolutely not.” All fair.
In this episode, I’m sharing how tools like ChatGPT can actually support an ADHD brain in real life. Not as a replacement for your thinking, your relationships, or your treatment—but as something that can hold your thoughts, help you get unstuck, and make it easier to follow through when your brain is overwhelmed. Because when you have ADHD, you’re carrying a lot all at once, and having something that can help you organize, process, and respond in the moment can be a game changer.
We also talk about the concerns—because they’re real. AI isn’t perfect, it can be inaccurate, and it shouldn’t replace human support. And at the same time, when used intentionally, it can be a powerful, low-barrier tool that helps bridge the gap between knowing what you want to do and actually doing it.
If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, this episode will open your eyes to a new kind of support that’s available to you right now.
