In today's solo episode, I'm sharing a personal life update and opening up about how the first trimester has gone, plus what I'm intentionally doing differently this pregnancy to support my health, fitness, mindset, and nutrition.

I am currently 14 weeks as I record this episode, which is funny

because that sounds early on, and it's like the beginning right of the second trimester of pregnancy.

However, I feel like I've been pregnant for so long, and I feel like, you know, I have a long way ahead

of me. So I'm just really excited now that

differently this pregnancy. I not only feel different energetically going into this pregnancy,

and I'm a mom already, so it's kind of like, you know, just a different energy and a very

different lifestyle, I'll tell you that. But I'm also just in a very different headspace when it

comes to my health and my fitness. And having focus that this is not a time where I want these really strong habits that I have to fall to the

wayside, even though pregnancy can be very challenging. I'm familiar with it. I don't want to set

unrealistic standards for any woman, especially who is on her own pregnancy journey right now,

coming from her fitness journey before this. But I just wanted to have a candid episode with you guys. And I feel like if you are trying to conceive, you actively are pregnant finding this episode or maybe you're postpartum and you're kind of thinking like, gosh, like, you know, I feel like I didn't know as much as I know now going into pregnancy. Or maybe you're just looking for a fun little girl talk episode. I feel like this is going to really, really resonate with you. Before you begin, I want to give a shout out to Chanel ACW.
