Understanding that failure is going to happen with never fully achieve whatever that vision in your head is, but as long as you wake up every day and start taking some kind of action, some kind of progress, then you deserve to recognize that in yourself and be kind when you screw up. So I'm really excited to have Katie on to break that down for us and really give us a process of how we can sort of build this into our lives and into our own journeys.
