Hello, my friends, and welcome back to L.O.A. Coffee chats, where we take everyday situations and look at them through the lens of energy, alignment, and ease. Today we're going to chat about

When inspired action shows up, but it feels inconvenient, awkward, or even a little annoying.

We like to imagine that when we're truly aligned and tuned in, the next step will feel like a burst of joy that will

want to leap up and take action because it just feels so obvious and exciting. And sometimes

that's exactly how it goes. But not always. Sometimes the nudge comes at a weird time,

or it's not what you wanted to hear. It doesn't feel fun or exciting. It might even feel like the opposite of what you thought you'd do. And here's where

a lot of us get stuck. We wait for inspiration to show up in a certain costume. If it's not glittery or

convenient or on-brand for how we picture things unfolding, we ignore it. But inspired action isn't

always about comfort. It's about alignment. And alignment sometimes asks us to grow. Let me give you an

example. A client once told me she had this nudge to reach out to a former colleague about a job

lead. She had resistance. It's been too long. It'll be awkward. I don't want to seem

desperate. But the nudge wouldn't go away. It kept floating to the surface. She finally followed

through, and not only was the colleague thrilled to hear from her, but the job lead, it wasn't
