Today, I want to share a story that perfectly illustrates something I talk about all the time, your vibrational set point, and more importantly, how small,

consistent shifts can change everything. Let's talk about Naya. Naya had been feeling stuck in her career for what

felt like forever. She was showing up doing the work, even going to those dreaded networking events,

but nothing seemed to be flowing. The opportunities weren't landing, and the spark she used to have for her work felt dim and distant.

She was aware that frustration and impatience had become her default.

She'd catch herself thinking things like, why is this taking so long?
