a keynote speaker, a coach, and the founder of the Flourish Market.

The Flourish Market Boutique in Rally, North Carolina is, as she calls it, a social impact

retailer of women's fashions and gifts.

Emily started a career, though, on Wall Street as a vice president of communications

and change management.

And five years ago, Emily founded her brick and mortar and online boutique,

the Flourish Market, and has grown it, as I said, to a multi,

multi-million dollar business in less than three years with zero paid advertising.
