Yeah. So kind of going into COVID, I was a third year in pharmacy school. I was getting

closer to graduation. And I wasn't loving the way I looked because we were doing a lot of late

night studying, a lot of unhealthy snacking. I was like, man, I don't love the way my body

looks. So I started running because you couldn't go to the gym in COVID. Yes, I remember those days,

and it was really depressing those days, especially if you lived in a cold environment like myself.
