Hello, How Are You?

This is a short Monday show, and it is short, I promise.

I know last week it was a bit of a longer one but do you know what I really hope you enjoyed it

there was a lot of value I think in that show so today I want to keep this hopefully he says hopefully

Hopefully really direct now I was having a conversation with someone on

Instagram last night and it made me think and reflect about how many, how much

of what we do in the modern age is acting before we have the data. So I was having a conversation

with someone on Instagram and they were like, they were sort of challenging my work, which is absolutely

fine. I'm absolutely happy and cool to be challenged about my perspectives and opinions and why I'm

doing things and all that kind of stuff. But this person was

challenging something and wasn't asking me first about the data points, about

the reasons, about the justifications, about the rationale.

And when you do that, you save yourself a lot of time, both in the action that you end up performing at that point in time and the actions

that you end up performing in the future and also this is a key thing emotionally

for us is we waste a lot less emotional energy. So for example let's

look at all the different scenarios where this causes problems. So as a coach, me standing right here, if I was working with you as a client, you were my nutrition

client, if I didn't take as much information as humanly possible, all the data points, all the history, everything.

I'm not going to be able to successfully coach you moving forward.

I'm going to make incorrect decisions. I'm going to act on the wrong data points.

It's not going to be successful as me taking all the different

data points,
