Hey guys. So in this episode, I want to touch on a certain something that people say that drives

me absolutely insane. The cheating made us so much stronger. Huh? What? Come again? No, cheating

did not make you stronger. That is completely delusional. What cheating does is,

let me see, it blows up your relationship like a bomb. It tears you apart. It pretty much

disintegrates the trust and it creates a level of resentment that never goes away.

And no matter how hard you try to forget about it, or, you know, you go out on a date and say,

okay, we're starting fresh.

Uh, no, there is no starting fresh.

This isn't like a home renovation, as though you just got new flooring and a new paint job. Okay. With cheating,

the damage is done. And things are never the same again. Things are never the same again.

And so many people hearing that will right away get defensive. And then they'll tell a story about how they got cheated on or how someone they know got cheated on, but that they're still

together. Oh, really? That sounds amazingly sweet and all, but please don't waste your time

trying to convince me that everything is awesome behind closed doors and that you've just totally

moved on, you know, all that's behind you and that you

stayed for the right reasons. Excuse me, but do you know how many people are still together who

shouldn't be? So as always, I'm going to keep it real with you. The only people who say

cheating made us so much stronger fall into one of six categories,

maybe multiple categories.
