I'm your host, relationship coach Stephanie Rigg,

0:22.8

and I'm really glad you're here.

0:28.2

Hey everybody, welcome back to another episode of On Attachment, a last episode of the year.

0:35.8

I confess I'd actually intended to get this episode up before Christmas

0:40.4

and it didn't quite happen for a variety of reasons. So I apologize for that, but it feels like

0:47.2

it's actually worked out quite well to have an episode coming out so close to the end of the year,

2:04.6

to find some inspiration, motivation, to do what you need to do to find that intentionality

2:10.4

to maybe course correct if you've been on a path that isn't really working for you,

2:16.7

that isn't yielding the results that you'd

2:20.8

hoped for that isn't taking you somewhere where you want to go. So that's what today is all

2:28.4

about. Before we do that, I just wanted to quickly recap a few ways that you can work with me in
