1:19.3 | It's really just something that I wanted to share with you because I think it's really important. |

1:29.3 | describe as three different mindsets around anxious attachment, I suspect you might notice |
1:36.4 | aspects of yourself in some of them. And you might then be able to use that to understand |
1:42.2 | why your mindset about your anxious attachment, |
1:46.4 | your partner's attachment, and your relationship to the extent you're in one right now |
1:50.4 | or a previous relationship, the way that you relate to these things and your mindset has a |
1:56.3 | huge impact on your ability to meaningfully shift those patterns. And if you're not approaching it in a |
2:03.5 | mindset that is conducive to, you know, quote unquote healing, then that might be one of the reasons |
2:09.5 | why you're stuck. So I'm hoping that in sharing these three stages or three different mindsets |
