Let me tell you a little bit more briefly about Kelly. Kelly Knight is president and

integrator of EOS worldwide. The EOS platform, which is also known as the entrepreneur operating system,

is a complete set of simple concepts and practical tools to help entrepreneurs achieve success

while maintaining a healthy, functional mindset. I have a couple of different clients that

have implemented EOS, and so I'm a big believer in it. And as we'll

get into a little bit more detail later, I'm also what's called an ELEAP collaborator,

ELEAP collaborator. And I'll explain what that is in a moment. But before joining EOS worldwide in

2016, Kelly enjoyed a successful career in the financial services and investing industry.
