What's going on, everyone? welcome to the fit healthy and, and most of all happy podcast. As always, I'm our coach and host Josh here with his co-host and co-coach KG. And we are in the house with some coffees fired up. This is a really inspired episode because, you know, just all the time we get some questions. Oh, that's a good question. I mean, ask that a lot. I'm going to pop off.

1:45.0

You know, so we're really just overall excited for that. But, you know, if you're new around here, we start every episode off with some quotes because we believe quotes are the inspiration, you know, to live an inspired life, quite frankly. So what do you got, Kyle? So, yeah, my quote, I'm not going to lie. This one I actually searched on Google.

2:00.1

I feel like, you know, a lot of times they just pop up in my feed and just, you know, in books and stuff.

2:04.1

But I'm like, you know, a lot of times they just pop up in my feed and just, you know, in books and stuff.

2:04.1

But I'm like, you know what?

2:05.0

Lately I've been doing quotes on like, you know, like no excuses, this and that and just like a little more intense. But I was like I feel like there's one thing that's missing. and, you know, just that I'm, you know, really helps me out.

2:14.5

So anyways, into my quote,

2:16.1

gratitude unlocks the fullness of life.

2:18.8

It turns what we have into enough and more. you know, really helps me out. So anyways, into my quote, gratitude unlocks the fullness of life.

2:18.6

It turns what we have into enough and more. It turns denial into acceptus, chaos to order,

2:24.7

confusion to clarity, and it can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.

2:31.1

And, you know, this one was just like kind of like a combination of so many different quotes that I like was coming across for gratitude. But what I really liked was where it says it turns what we have into enough and more. And I think that honestly like the day that I started to practice gratitude, like to this day, I still do it, you know, in between my journal, but as well as just like throughout the day, just like, you know, once again, like I feel like there's so many people who have like amazing things in life, but they're like just constantly unhappy or they don't realize how, you know, just well off they are just from having so many different things. So once again, I genuinely believe if there's like one thing you can take from just like the podcast or like one thing to level up your life, it would just be more appreciative to the things you have, the people you have around you, you know, going on a walk, for example, and just noticing like the small things versus just like always like filling your brain up with just like mindless like, you know, like nonsense thinking of like what's going to happen here, what's going to happen here when you have like a, you know, a world of beauty in front of you. So, you know, getting a little bit spiritual there, but, you know, just once again, gratitude will unlock the fullness of life and I truly believe it. Yeah, you know, like a lot of people are just talking about enlightenment is just being in the present and loving the current moment, you know, being appreciative of whatever it is, whatever you're doing, not always being an anticipation of that next thing, you know, like when you're truly at peace in that moment, and you just enjoy, you know, every second you're sitting're sitting on the subway every second that commute to work the second you're going to listen to this podcast with a coffee maybe your time of the gym whatever it may be you know just everything's awesome at that point right like you don't want to only just roll off the highs of life and I think that kind of transitions into my quote pretty nicely and I like this one because it's simple and I

3:57.7

think everyone will take it a different way and that's never make permanent decisions on temporary

4:02.1

feelings so I just like this idea of not you know acting off of emotion because I think you know when

4:07.8

we're emotional we act in ways that you know we don't want to respond right and you know this could

4:13.0

be taken I think in many different aspects but you know even if you look at it, like, in feelings, right?

4:17.6

Like, it's like, oh, I'm discouraged today. So I just want to eat everything, right? Like, you know, it's the same concept, too, of like, you know, it's a temporary feeling of you just being a little discouraged in the moment. And although it's not that permanent overeating, like it's going to ripple,
