fascinating that happens in so many of our brains. Lauren describes having a moment where she

literally says to herself, you're not hungry for this while reaching for a dessert. Did you

And that's because most of us have these two parts, the part of us that wants the cookie

and then the part of us that is like the parent and says, you shouldn't have that cookie.

And these two parts of ourselves are constantly fighting each other.
