But because you're on here and you make just by your presence makes me more mindful of these things for the first time in like three weeks, I raised my standing desk and I'm like, hey, I'm going to be standing up for this podcast, which I almost never do because, you know, I got to like, you know, be mindful of doing what I'm supposed to be doing and standing up because answer.
