I am having a conversation with someone who I find very fascinating.

Her name is Tana Aiman, and she wrote this book, The Relentless Courage of a Scared Child.

And I actually know Tana because I'm friendly with her husband,

Doc Aiman, who you might know, he's a very like a world famous psychiatrist.

They have the Aiman Centers all over the country.

But Tana's story, this is really a memoir about her story and her life,

and how she really came from such an abusive and poverty-stricken background,

and how she changed her life.

And then how she met Daniel Aiman, and then they got married.

But there's something so inspiring about the way this book is written

that I really love. It's super direct.

And I mean, she's already, right? She's by trade.

She was a neurosurgical ICU trauma nurse.

That's what she started as.

She's now the vice president of Aiman Clinics,

and also already a New York Times best-selling author.

And so we really dive deep into ways that we can heal ourselves,

and she continues to generously share her story with us.
