0:38.2	for some of you companies are running week long and month long promotions nowadays.

0:47.2	But it's also if you've been following me for any time, there may be a little someone
0:55.2	on your shoulder that's kind of whispering in your ear warning you that this is also
1:00.2	the time of the year where being transactional, the risk of being transactional is the

1:06.9	And what I do not want to happen is I do not want you to make the same mistake that most
1:11.6	people are going to make, which is they're going to come into Black Friday this year with
1:15.7	the exact same strategy and approach that they have in the past.
1:20.3	Some of the things may have worked with them and they are going to have a root awakening
1:24.2	this year when they find that there's going to be lots of time and effort put into conversations
1:29.3	and content with very little to show.
