So first of all, I just want to say, don't worry if you've been there. |

But in the long term, you know, it just dehydrates your core, right? You know, when it comes to those flat tummy slash detox teas, you know, it can help you decrease your appetite with herbs, but it doesn't actually tone your tummy. |
| 1:47.5 | Like it doesn't really do a whole lot for you every other tip that we have like even a lot of people will try to get those surgeries but then they won't make any changes their diet no strength training none of that other stuff so there's so many fad things out there i just want to say say, be careful of them. Instagram will target you. Your friends will try them. But if you, you know, stay away from them, you'll definitely be in good hands and listen to these next four tips. Absolutely. And this number one is a big one. Don't fall under that trap. You know, this is not how you get abs. I promise you. No one's just done one thing or taking a supplement and looked phenomenal. |
