Hello, my beautiful people, and welcome back to episode three as part of the four episode mini series I am doing on restarting your weight loss journey and truly making this time around different.

Now, on this series, I've talked a lot about this concept of having your results stick because you can lose weight, but sometimes

it's hard to actually keep the results. But of course, a conversation that inspired this whole

series was with my clients. And while that is definitely a conversation I have with my

clients, for a lot of clients, it isn't just about maintaining their progress. They're actually

They struggle with finding the sweet spot to actually get in a deficit, stay in a deficit, be consistent with fat loss, and see the progress by sticking to what they need to for long enough for the results to actually happen. So that's what today's episode is on. I want to help you understand what to focus on and what to ignore because you want to see the results. You're really great at weight maintenance,

but you need to find an approach to fat loss that's really going to practically work, but intentionally work for your body. So you're not just hoping you're seeing weight loss, but you're actually doing things that are known to address the thing that's actually holding you back.
