Video posted to YouTube Wednesday shows a man pouring milk on himself and running through Walmart wearing nothing but shoes socks and a Halloween mask.

Well, first question I would have would be why. You know, why would they want to do it?

Scrap that man to me again. I already told him that he was big and ugly like a monster in the movies.

One more vampire joke and I'm gonna walk right back there, go into my coffin and I'm not coming out, okay? We may have created a monster in the lab.

It's not a monster. It's a cyborg that can kill without a morse.

Well, alright, hello, good morning and welcome everyone to a Monday edition of TVTL. The show that just might be too spooky to live.

I'm shaking, I'm scared, my sister was scared, my brother was scared.

Happy Halloween everyone, my name is Luke Perbank, I am your host. I'm David Hopkins.

Coming to you from the Hollywood broadcast center right here in Portland, Oregon where,

man, the weather has been scary, I mean.

At least it was scary up in Washington state where I was this weekend for my brother, Sammie's wedding.

It was torrential. I had a situation where I was trying to get, I was tasked with bringing some ice for the wedding.

Like bags of ice. Who'd be interesting if it was just like a couple of trays of ice cubes that I grabbed out of the freezer at the hotel?

I was getting bags of ice and I was in a suit and my hair all quaffed.

I was trying to, you know, look semi-presentable. And I realized I'm going to need to get like 15 bags of ice into the back of this Mazda CX-5 without getting completely...

And it was that kind of rain where it's just like if you stand in it for two seconds, you're drenched. Like you're standing in a shower that's on full blast.

And it involved the m- this particular- I moved parking spaces three times and then eventually as I waited every one I got into the space that was right in front of the ice maker, whatever ice machine.

And I had a huge golf unbrel that I purchased at Big Five Sports in Burlington, Washington.

And I lifted the hatchback and I somehow managed to create like a tenting system under the giant golf unbrel where I was able to get all of the ice into the back of the car and not even get.
