all right welcome to episode 38 I'm excited for today's episode as I always

am but it's packed today and I specifically spent a lot of time before

outlining this which isn't something that I always do but I did it because I

think what I'm going to say in today's episode is something that you really

need to hear you know I'm gonna drop a couple of truths on you that I think

you know they might smack you around a little bit but ultimately I think it will

make you realize something really important you know namely that when it

comes to how happy you are in life right now that it's it's your decision and

I know that sounds hokey but relative to how you set goals in life and how you

go after them it's your decision to be happy as you do that you don't have to

wait to accomplish those things to be happy and I think that's so so important

so I'm gonna talk about that I also think if you listen to last episode

episode 37 on BDE which is really popular it'll go it'll go really well with

that so maybe if you have time go back and listen to that episode if not though
