all right welcome episode 37 so I think this episode is gonna be fun and you'll

see why just a second but as a teaser for what I'm gonna talk about I'm gonna

talk about the best way to give yourself a certain kind of confidence in life

and it's a confidence that is unshakable but it's also kind of low key and

that you don't feel the need to go around advertising it it's humble and it's

just kind of low key quiet you know you've got it you could flaunt it if you

want but you don't feel the need to to validate yourself to others and I think

that's something that we all want right when you've got nothing to prove

because you're happy with yourself and what you have to offer the world so

that's what I'm gonna talk about in this episode and really excited because it's
