Hi everyone good to have you and Lynn Fioreindo who's really runs operations at the table group and a bunch of other things how you doing Lynn?

I'm great thanks for having me. Lynn and Amy are old friends so sometimes when they work together we call them Lamey.

Today, the reason why we have four people on our call is because we're really going to talk about

some things that we've learned at the table group. We're going to kind of open up the Camono,

if you will, and talk about what we've learned and what's the title of our podcast Cody the title is why we innovate during a

crisis and we've certainly been doing that and we're asking ourselves a

question why is it easier to do that now

than it was eight weeks ago?
