is just to bring it out. This is what compels me to compel them and I will do it by whatever

Hello ladies welcome to the latest episode of Black Girls Heel.

I'm coming to you on a Cloud Nine. I have had the most wonderful weekend I have spent it in

Atlanta with the wonderful Maya Elias at her impact weekend and I am feeling just so blessed and rejuvenated and I'm actually

recording this the morning of our last day so I have a whole more full day of connecting with amazing women who love

God, love helping people, are loving themselves and I'm just feeling so blessed that I get to come back, give you some of that good energy,

especially in time for Valentine's Day, which you know I've been hyped about and I know that's not the case

for a lot of people and so I'm so excited to give that back to you and then also for

that to pour into all the other things that I have for you coming out soon.
