Across the world real estate agents are underachieving. They're missing out all

one of the reasons I created the CLA course, the certified listing agent course. I got eight of the top listing agents, sat them down, filmed

them unedited to the degree of, you know, oh cut that out, I don't want my competitors to know we're oh cut that I don't want people to see it

None of that was happening buddy. We filmed everything and then we had discussions on their listing appointment, why they do what they do.
