We're talking with Bill Mir, Dillmeyer, which really cool today, guys, is we can even

roleplay this a little bit.

We're speaking with a CFO. We're speaking with a CFO.

We're speaking with a CFO, someone that you should have a close relationship with any CTO, CIO,

the IT director, person looking to climb up the corporate ladder in IT needs to have a relationship

with the CFO.

So we're just going to play, let's just role play this for a second.

I'm going to just pretend I'm, I don't know, I IT director.

And hey, Bill, I'm Phil. We haven't had a chance to meet yet. I'm, you know, I just started, you know, a month ago and just kind of just going around getting, getting rid to meet everybody. and you know i don't know if you had a few minutes to talk but would love to just chat with you for a few

minutes right this is what we should do. What do you think? No, I love it. I love these types of conversations. One of my favorite roles is playing the role of a finance business partner. So at any given moment, I actually have five different bosses, head of sales, head of marketing, head of product,

head of engineering.

And I actually enjoy sitting with each one of those incredible leaders who have so much domain

knowledge and hearing what's going on in their business.

And I'll play the role of internal consultant, external consultant.

And at times, I'll give you filtered and unfiltered advice on how to move forward

within your org. So these are actually some of my favorite things where we can talk about some of the

challenges you're facing and how we can partner to be able to move forward. So let's just say I took over

a new role, new in the role, IT, we, me, I come to you, I say, Bill, I just, I got to know from the perspective of IT.

I mean, obviously, the old eyes out or whatever it is, the, there's a, there's been a changing of the guards.
