Well, let me introduce you to our guests today.

They are Kate Terry and Zach Verrett.

They're both with the Austin-Sone

Community Church in Austin, Texas. Kate is a woman's ministry director, and Zach just

finished up an internship. And they joined me a few weeks ago for something that we do every

year called the Sexual Discipleship Leadership Summit. And I was really excited to have the chance

to talk to them because I think what

they're doing in their church is really unique and even a vision for the way I think most of

us need to move in terms of what it looks like to minister genuinely and authentically on issues

of sexuality. They've done a great job of creating space where both leaders and just normal church members can feel safe, being honest about their sexual brokenness.

And that's pretty rare in our day and age.

Both Kate and Zach will share their stories.

They identify same-sex attracted Christians who love Jesus.

And I'm excited for you to hear how God has taken their journeys, their willingness

to share their journey, and has built a ministry where men and women can just come ask questions

about same-sex attraction, about God's design for sexuality, hear how it integrates with the gospel

message, and walk together towards sexual integrity. My hope is that as you listen to this conversation, you'll have a really open heart.
