| 1:20.0 | anxiety. And the anxiety comes from the fact that you know you have this power to accomplish |
| 1:29.4 | whatever you want. And you're like, I want to do this. I want to do that. I want to create |
| 1:34.0 | that thing right there. I want to help all these people. I want to make this thing huge. |
| 1:39.0 | Then you realize you only got so much time. You only have so much time in life, of course. |
| 1:46.0 | But you also only have so much time in a day. Always tell people I wake up, blink my eyes a few times. |
| 1:53.0 | It's time to go back to sleep. That's how life feels. When you know who you are and when you |
| 1:59.0 | understand you have this power and you use it, life lies. Quick. And it could be quite daunting. |
| 2:07.0 | And if you don't understand, or if you don't have an awareness and you're not telling |
| 2:12.0 | yourself, which I have to tell myself every single day, I need to sign in my office that says, |
| 2:18.0 | slow down. Because if you don't slow down, the power that you have can become a pain. |
| 2:27.0 | So we have to have that awareness to slow down. Here's Mel. |
| 2:34.0 | The question is, how do you deal with the anxiety that comes from waking up and being on a roll and realizing that |
| 2:46.0 | when you're making things happen, it's easy to look back and realize how much of your life you wasted. |
