In life, we don't see what is, we see what's inside of ourselves, and that is the code of the day.

Welcome back to the code of the day show I'm your host Sean Crox and the Sean Crox and dot com.

We've got my main this man, Jake Ducey back on the show today and Jake is going to encourage you to do something.

He's going to encourage you to choose yourself to value yourself, to claim everything that you are worthy of,

everything that you are deserving of and to understand that you're capable of having anything that you want.

You have the capability, you can, you can get through anything, you can handle anything.

That's the truth about you, any obstacle that lands in your path, you have the capability to get through that if you allow yourself to.

That's self esteem. How well are you able to handle the challenges of life and how deserving do you believe you are of the good that is yours.

That's self esteem. So when we raise our self esteem and we change the way we see ourselves, we change our self image.

When we get out of the box that we have literally placed upon ourselves or we've allowed other people to place upon us, whoo, life gets amazing.

Here's Jake.

But if you want to take your life to the next level, you have to start valuing yourself as the most important thing because I can't give to you unless I'm more full.

Jen can't show up in her relationship more, her and her husband, she can't teach her husband about the things she learned about money and here's how we can do this and wow, I can, we can actually accomplish goals quicker and faster here.

She couldn't do any of that unless she first chose herself. Do you think you've shown up been able to show up more in your relationship and the future of it when you started choosing yourself?

So it's this paradox where we think like, I don't know, but when I finally choose me and I choose to connect to my heart, what happens?

My energy field expands, I show up in a more powerful, confident, comfortable way, I'm challenging myself.

And I know the same thing happened with you Molly when you're like, okay now I'm starting to, let's get my first savings goal together and your husband was never into that type of stuff.

And all of a sudden it's had this compounding effect on him as well.

And it's like, whatever reason you have as to why you can't do what you want is probably not 100% of the time but it's probably just a rationalization.

Because you're afraid of the fear, you're afraid of the resistance, you're afraid of the consequence, you're afraid of investing because you value money more than you value your happiness and you don't want to lose a thousand dollars or you don't want to value something outside of yourself more than you value your happiness.

So you don't want to invest the time into something.

And I want everyone to make a commitment right now that no matter how old or young you are that the rest of your life you're going to decide to choose me.
