If you have been listening to the show for a bit, you know that we talk a lot about careers and journeys in our careers on this show and I often ask about failures and I often ask about what folks have changed their mind on.

And yet one of the concepts that we haven't talked about on the show very much is a concept that

I first learned from Dale Carnegie, years ago becoming a Dale Carnegie instructor,

the concept of defining moments, things that have happened in our lives, in our careers,

that at the time may not have even seemed like that big a deal but now looking back

We realize and we recognize that they have those have been the moments that may have made the biggest difference and today I'm really excited to have a conversation about defining moments with a new friend of mine and actually also an old friend and I'm glad to welcome Lynn Whiteford to the show today.
