| 1:11.3 | you know keep in mind 10 to 40 percent more calories than they think they are so a good place to kind |
| 1:16.5 | of start is to really just make sure you're being as accurate as possible with everything and that |
| 1:21.1 | will also kind of lead into these tips we're having and that's truthfully my number one is that |
| 1:25.8 | you're actually just overeating right so great examples are if you're not weighing your food, if you're not measuring your food, if you're eating a lot of your food out, you are really limiting kind of your potential in position for accuracy. Even at home, you know, it's hard to be exactly perfect. You know, do I weigh it cooked or uncooked? You know, how much oil have I had? I don't know my measuring tape today. |
