Hey, everybody, welcome back to the show, episode 3709 of the Cabral Concept. I want to share with

you right now what causes charyangiomas, which are those tiny little red dots that you may

see appearing on your skin as you begin to age. Now, most people have started to see these by the time they get to their 40s or 50s.

Maybe just one or two, it starts typically on the upper torso, and then they can begin to multiply.

By the age of 70, the majority of all adults have these tiny red dots. So what are they? Maybe you've seen them

on yourself or someone in your family. Today I want to demystify what it is because I've been told

for many, many years and when I've looked in the research, that it's specifically one toxic-based

compound. But when I looked at that and I looked at all the different testing I had done,

I said it can't really be that. This can't be the reason why. And why do some people in seemingly

great health seeming to have more than others? So I really dug into the research and looked at

every possible combination. And that is exactly what we're going to go over here today.

Now, here's the nice thing. For the most part, they are completely benign. And all they are

is typically an extension of the small, tiny little capillaries that you have. So when you think

of like your blood vessel-based system, you've got your arteries,

and then it gets smaller and they get smaller, like little rivers going down to little streams by the time they get to your fingers. And that also can be the case as they get to the top of the

skin. So when we look at the upper layer of the skin, we start to see these small little

capillaries begin to cluster together, almost like little tiny red blood cells,

and their reddish or purplish color actually comes from the blood flow still going to them.
