Because I think it's important to say you know what you're not alone if you don't get it perfect because none of us do and even people like you compared to me you're very much more calm very much more like Zen very much less control freak let's just say it how it is so it's like you guys even people who like Amy who that's your natural personality like you can still have the freak out moment. Like it is okay. You can still have that freak out moment. Do not think that you're the only one in the world.

Every woman listening gets the opportunity to choose what life looks like for herself. In honor of Abby's third baby arriving in the world, we wanted to do an episode about motherhood.

Motherhood is such an enormous part of our identities, but it's also a role that you have to grow into. You learn along the way. You might, slash you will change your mind about things and today we wanted to open this

conversation up and meet you where you are and hopefully get you one step further down the road.

And at the time of this recording I am almost 37 weeks pregnant.

It's our third baby so although we've obviously been down the road

of having a newborn before we're going to be doing it all over again and this time

it's going to be different because we'll have a special needs babe. So I know there's going to be

just some things that we're learning, some things that will be different, but we do know that the whole newborn

is, the whole newborn process is about to enter our lives again. And it's safe to say, I'm so

grateful. Like there's been so many lessons that I've learned and as I head into

this season Amy and I were talking about how it's just going to be hard.

Like we know it's going to be hard.

It's going to be demanding emotionally, physically.

And now that we have two other kids, it might be the hardest one yet.
