Today we're talking about sardine fasting and is it actually the biggest breakthrough

we've seen in years in nutrition for longevity. Let's break it down here today.

Maybe you haven't heard about it, but it is catching on and it's essentially eating nothing,

but anywhere between two and four cans of sardines per day. That's it. The sardines could be packed

And before we get started, I just want to say is that I've been doing this podcast now for about 10 years, and I've talked about for years that many benefits of sardines. They're one of the absolute best forms of protein that you can get. And it enables you to boost your omega-3 levels,
