the early part of 2022. Like, I don't know if I'm going to be able to keep up this high level

0:22.8

of guest as the year goes on, but I guess I'll worry about that at a later date. For now,

0:31.2

I am just excited to have another phenomenal guest and joining me here today is the man Brett

0:39.4

Bartholomew. This is someone that I consider one of the top strength and conditioning slash

0:47.5

performance coaches in the world. I have been following Brett from afar for quite some time now.

0:55.6

We I even mentioned it briefly during the podcast how when Brett was at athletes performance now

1:24.3

And whenever I would ask about like, you know, hey, how's your buddy like training at athletes

1:59.5

to find someone that you only hear positive feedback about. And then when I finally got to I

2:08.0

still have never met Brett in person. But speaking to him on the phone, I was on his podcast now,

2:14.9

you know, having this conversation. He's someone that I'm proud to call a friend. Someone I have

2:21.6

an immense amount of respect for. Like I said, you know, someone I consider one of the best in the

2:27.7

world. You know, he's worked with such a diverse range of athletes. He's worked with, I think he
