Now in today's episode, I want to talk to you about, really, something which sounds almost counterintuitive. and what I mean by that is that

your discipline will create your freedom you see the first thing when you think of when it comes to

discipline, I'm sure you're going to say, well, it's hard work, it's scheduled, it's structure

there. So how can it actually mean the word freedom or creates freedom, which is very lucid,

which is very ambiguous, very vague? But what I want you to realize is that if you are going to

succeed in any endeavor, if you are going to wish to change your life in any situation or if you want to make an

impact in any area of your life if you have a problem right now you will have to be

disciplined in what you do how you do it that will allow you to have the freedom that you want.

So many people in the world, and you'll know if this is you or not,

I'm not here to judge or say this or that, only to tell you what works,

and really that is what this is about.

People try to experience freedom fast. And although you might

have freedom of choice, it rarely produces and yields the results that you want. So you might have,

well, I really want money, but I really want freedom. So you might have say, well, I really want money, but I really want

freedom. So people try to go, well, I want just freedom, right? So I'm just not going to do anything.

I'm going to choose to not really excel. I'm going to choose to feel free to watch a movie and all

those things. And they try to get freedom.

But the actions that they do to produce freedom actually causes more stress and unhappiness.
